MacBook Air 2019 mail preferences problem

Hi. Mail preferences is blank once I open it. Please help, need to change the signature

Mail preferences not Working on macOS Mojave ver 10.14.6 Can't select Mail preferences, only brings up signature page with no options to select. Mail Preferences does not launch, in MacBook Pro Hi when I am using Mail on my MacBook Pro, I cannot launch Mail>Preferences. The window opens but it remains blank with a "Signatures" heading (see attachment). I have relaunched Mail, I have restarted the Computer. How can I fix this? Thank you for your help.
