add website to homescreen On iOS 13

The answer is not clear, but the option to add to home screen is there. When viewing the web page, hit the "share" button on the bottom menu bar. Then when the options for sharing show up, SCROLL DOWN (not to the right)... there are a lot more options further down including "Add to Home Screen". Not sure I like the new location, but it is there.

Have found it now by scrolling down on the share screen. This is t obvious

The items that are listed under the Safari Share button in ios13 are very different. "Add to home screen" used to be there, but now it is not after updating.

The menu bar you get after pressing "share" gives no indication that you can scroll down. What an absolutely horrendous design. Just keep looking people, it's there.

I am having the same issue. Want to add a webpage to my home screen but the option on the share choices has gone from IOS13.
