Amazon Prime video on Mac says I'm missing plugins

I am trying to get on Amazon Prime video on my Mac desktop and when I go to play the movie it says missing plug ins. How do I get the plug ins to fix the problem. The other Mac desktop I have does not have this problem. What do I need to do? Thanks
