Has anyone gotten this message/screen on their watch?

I keep getting a message that says "Sign in to Complete Purchase Enter the password for your Apple ID," and then says Password and Cancel. I keep cancelling and it keeps coming back. I don't have any outstanding purchases that I know of. I'm afraid it's a scam.


Any help or advice is appreciated.
