Ipad Air 2 won't connect to WiFi after iPadOS 13 upgrade
I've tried rebooting iPad, rebooting router, resetting network settings on iPad, and toggling airplane mode on/off. Anyone have any other suggestions?
Thanks

It's fixed! I did a full recovery from iTunes while holding down the Home button (as per https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306)
and when it asked I restored from the iTunes backup I took before upgrading to iPadOS 13. It all worked. Came up running iPadOS 13.1, connected to my WiFi router and all seems to be well now.
Oh boy am I glad I took both an iTunes and an iCloud backup before I started this saga! Paranoia wins again.
I have the same problem here with my ipad air 2 ios13.2.1
i tried to connect to itunes to backup or downgrade to ios12 (macbook pro Mojave 10.14.6 , itunes Version 12.9.5.5) but an error message appears "iTunes could not connect to the iPad because an error occurred while reading from the device."
I've tried with my ipad every solution here https://www.ikream.com/2019/09/how-to-fix-wi-fi-that-is-not-working-on-iphone-after-ios-13-update-34017
Now i have no idea what to do
Any suggestions are welcome.
Has this been fixed for iPad Air 2 with 13.1.2 does anyone know? I was going to update from 12.4.1 but did a quick google first and this thread came up. I’d stay put if it was going to cause unnecessary hassle.
I'd recommend raising a support request (I used the Live Chat feature) so that this problem gets proper attention by Apple.
What iPad do you own?
