iPhone 11 Pro Max - freezing issues

I have a similar issue with why iPhone11 Pro Max. 20% of the times I'm coming back home or in any other place with a known wifi the phone can't connect to the wifi and it is getting VERY SLOW. Unworkable and can't do anything. It takes 10 seconds for a simple request. it happens all the time and it is frustrating

I’ve had a similar problem. When I took a picture my phone froze on the camera screen and I could not close the app or turn off my phone. I eventually was able to restart it, but it will still take a few seconds to respond to some of the commands.

I just got my new 11 Pro Max and have had nothing but issues with it. It is constantly freezing up and I have also had problems with my apps and have had to reload several of them. One day I went to snap a photo and it would only stay on video mode. I cannot go into Verizon where I bought it, nor can I go into an Apple store because everything is shut down due to the Corona Virus. I am so disappointed with this phone. My old 6S plus was a dream and the only reason I bought a new one, was because it no longer held a charge. Half the time the face recognition doesn't work either. As soon as the stores reopen, I will be in there getting a different model.

Yep add me to the list. Have had this phone since launch and it’s constantly freezing and locking up. I have to reboot it 3-4 times a week and sometimes more! Came across this thread cause it’s happened 5 times today.

Trying to understand how this is ok?

Apple Fanatics try to find work arounds like it’s ok. It’s not ok, I switched to apple with IPhone 11 and I can tell you that if android had these problems (and they don’t) the phones would be recalled. Way too much money for a buggy phone!!!!

It has been 8 times I have visited to apply store and they didn’t gave me satisfactory answers

I am using IPhone since 2009 but now next year I will definitely think about before buying any iPhone because they didn’t even solve the issue in last 4 months.

if any official is seeing do contact me and give me answer me this why and how much time I have to suffer even I paid a handsome amount for this phone....

I had this black screen last night phone is 6 months old. iOS is current.

also having lockup’s and apps like WhatsApp auto closing on me.

cleared all apps and restarted device and it’s still happening. 😥

I do not understand why Apple has not been able to resolve this issue. I have been talking to an advisor for over two months over the freezing issue, and he concluded he did not know why the problems exists. Of course it looked as if I was the only one experiencing this glitch.

I'm having an issue with iPhone11, mostly while using Whatsapp it just gets freezed for 10-15 seconds. It's been just 10 days after purchasing this phone and I've already erased and reset everything 4 times still nothing seems to work. Worst experience.

My freezing issue really takes the cake. I received my iPhone 11 Pro last night. Set up went smoothly.

It would not open my email app this morning, so turn it off and turn it back on they say! Unfortunately for me, the turn it back on part is just a frozen apple on the screen. Restart after restart, can't get past the apple. :(

I was forced to buy an iPhone 11 because of Covid and my wonderful iPhone 6 had the SIM card locked ( for no reason!) ? The 11 has so many problems I can’t list them! And due to covid I can not get an appointment with Apple to have them explain what’s happened to the 11! Janet

I’m tired brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I txt in messenger and freezes all the time have to reboot force shut down

Yes, my iPhone 11 Pro Max is freezing up multiple times every day. This issue began soon as I purchased the phone, and continues with IOS 14 as well as IOS 14.1 I am very unhappy with this phone. Nobody at my local Apple store has any idea what the problem is. I do hard reset's on this phone probably 12 times every single day.

Constantly. The update fixed nothing. I contacted VZW and was offered a refurbished phone for one that is less than two weeks old. I’m done with apple and Verizon.

I have the same issue but it was with the apple email app.
