Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
Recently purchased iPhone 11Pro, and so did my husband sometimes when I receive pictures from him they are grainy and look to be of low quality. Is there a setting on either of our phones to correct this? The pictures look fine on his end, so I feel the issue is on mine. And help or suggestions to be able to receive all pictures of the highest quality would be greatly appreciated.

Pictures through SMS is always grainy.
SMS uses Voice Protocol to transmit images and iMessage uses Internet Protocol.

Check if your Message app is set to send Low Quality Images--go to Settings > Messages > and scroll all the way down to Low Quality Image Mode. Toggle this off.
