Personal Hotspot on iOS 13 with Windows 7

Anyone having issues with Personal Hotspot after updating to iOS 13? It was working fine before updating but now i'm having connectivity issues on my Windows 7 PC.

It connects to the hotspot and even indicates it has internet access but it can't connect to websites or my exchange server.

Tried it on someones Windows 10 PC and it worked fine.

i had this issue, and i did the following

so i did the following (i dont know which one solve this issue)

1- i noticed the IP is 192.168.0.100 and there is no gateway

2- i connected the iPhone by USB cable to the laptop

and assign IP to the wireless network connection (Abdo_phone)

i noticed the network is working and received a IP in (local area connection 4)

and then checked again the

My advice

make sure u get getaway

Thank you for this. It was working for a while after restoring from a backup but then the issue came back.

I checked my network settings when connected to the hotspot over wifi and like yours there was no default gateway or DNS IP's. I manually entered them and it started working.

After doing this, I've since turned DHCP back on and it is able to get a gateway and DNS IP on it's own. We'll see if it stays fixed now.

thanks again.
