I have an iPhone Xmax from AT&T and need to activate with T mobile. I keep getting an error sim card is from a carrier not supported under the activation. It says to contact apple. Can you help resolve this issue.

Sounds like your phone might still be locked with AT&T. You will want to reach out to AT&T to unlock your iPhone if that is the case. Apple cannot unlock, only carrier can.
