iOS 13.1 - Message/Texting not working when WiFi Calling is enable on Sprint

Was wondering if anyone else is having issues with Message/Text not working when WiFi Calling is enable?

I did not notice this on iOS 13.0 but tonight I just updated to 13.1 and noticed that no text messages were coming in.

I have reset my Network Setting and the three button phone reset.

The only way I can get my iPhone XS @ 13.1 to receive Message/Text is to turn off WiFi Calling and then toggle Cellular Off then back On again, and then all my messages/text start to show up; and leave WiFi Calling disable. Carrier is Sprint.

Found a solution to get my WiFi Calling working again, found it on the Sprint device help site.

Ended up needing to turn off the WiFi Calling from the Update Emergency Address, then selecting Deactivate Wi-Fi Calling Service. Turning WiFi Calling Off then On was not working, one has to go into Update Emergency Address to turn it off.

Setting >> Cellular >> WiFi Calling >> Update Emergency Address >> Deactivate Wi-Fi Calling Service >> Ok.

Then to enable WiFi Calling select Setting >> Cellular >> WiFi Calling, slide to On, >> Enable >> Next >> Ok.
