How do I get Finder to show the date file was saved

Hi I want to Finder display the dates of the file but cant work how I do it! Many thanks

In Finder, open a Finder window then choose the View menu and select Show View Options. In about the bottom half of the dialog box that opens you'll see a list of columns you can show in the Finder. If you select Date Added you will see the date the file first appeared on the drive. You'll also see Date Modified which will show you the last date that the file was changed. Finally, there's Date Last Opened that, as if says, shows you the last time the file was opened whether it was changed or not. One or more of those three should give you what you want.
