After updating my Apple Watch Series 4 to watchOS 6.0, I noticed that my Micky Mouse watch face does not tell the time when tapped any longer. In fact, I even made a fool of myself trying to demonstrate the feature in front of some of my collaborators. Any idea about what’s going wrong?

I follow the instructions and removed the watch face on the watch (instead of remove it by using the watch app on iPhone), and then add it back on watch.

Apple changed the speak settings for this feature. Go to your Watch Settings, scroll to CLOCK and turn on Speak Time and Always Speak.
Apple fixed this bug in watchOS 6.0.1.
Speak Time is On but when I tap the watch face with my finger nothing happens - the watch remains silent.

Tried reboot Watch, remove the watch face and add it back, still can not work.
