Is there a way to create a testing fake account that could bypass the two factor authentication?

Hi,

As Sign in with Apple Id just came out, I would like to set up a testing account which would allow our testers to test sign in with apple as they wouldn't feel comfortable using their own Apple Ids.

Is there a way to create some fake accounts that we can use to test sign in with apple? Ideally without two factor authentication, so that we can perform some automated test.

Thanks,

Steven.

No, of course not. An AppleID is Apple’s system of personal login IDs for access to their services. And you must use 2FA to use Sign In with Apple so the AppleID must be associated with a trusted device and trusted SMS capable telephone number.

If you’re developing an app to use Sign In with Apple, then as the developer you have the ability to test your app thoroughly before offering to any users - https://developer.apple.com/sign-in-with-apple/
