iCloud music library toggle switch missing ?
I recently wanted to shut off my iCloud music library on my iPhone 11pro max using iOS 13.1 and the toggle switch is gone. What happened ?

It’s now called “Sync Library” as of the latest iOS 13 update.
Try this to see if it refreshes:
Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.
In settings - Music - Turn off Sync Library and then turn it back on and Turn on “Show Apple Music”
