After installing OS 13.1 and Watch OS 6 the data from the Stocks App does not automatically refresh. Before the update the data would update rapidly all by itself. Now you need to tap a stock ticker to get the latest data on the watch. Tried restarting and resetting everything. No luck. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have noticed the same thing. Could be a bug.
Maybe a bug, but surprised no one else has chimed in on this, it's a fairly common app.
