All my calls are failing

I can't receive or send calls on my iphone. Im not seeing all the text messages people are sending me. I have to answer calls on my computer. I don't know how to send calls from my computer. I can see all my texts from my laptop.

MacBook Pro won't let me call out, the iPhone isn't set up to allow calls from the computer. I went to "SETTINGS" and then to "PHONE", but I don't see the settings that will let my computer answer calls or to call out. Messages work ok.

iPhone not sending calls to Mac Was working. I believe the latest update to 14.6 broke this. Mac can still use Quicktime to make a call via the iPhone. But incoming calls to iPhone are not sent to Mac.
