Hi all, I have upgraded my iPhone XR to IOS 13.1. My car (Mazda) infotainment can connect to my iPhone hotspot. Ever since moving to IOS 13.1, the car has stopped remembering the hotspot password after I shut it down. It was OK on IOS 12. I have tried rebooting the phone and deleting the hotspot from the car's hotspot history

I do not know if that could help anyone. I had my MZD connect upgraded @ service to latest 70.00.335 and it solved most of the problems (breaking up bloototh connection, wifi hotsppt being disconencted while phone conversation).
There is the biggest issue left though, i still have to write password each time I restart the engine). Guess this is purly IOS issue now.
Bad news, I have replied twice to the engineer's email and have had no replies. Called the Apple number and provided his extension, and the automated message said the extension is invalid. Trying Apple again via support chat.

every connection create new WiFi, after 6 times I can delete 6 WiFi, all same names.
I have the exact same problem using an iPhone 8. Since the upgrade to IOS 13 the car no longer remembers the password for the iPhone's hotspot. Really annoying.
Thanks for that update. I think I'll try to get hold of someone here in Mazda UK to see if they can have any influence, it could have more impact if it comes from Mazda themselves.
