Where did the move to folder icon go inside mail message 12.x had it 13.1 not so much

When in an email inside Apple mail app version 12.x had the icon option to move an email to a folder in the mailbox. Updated to 13.1 and it is gone. What's the Deal iPhone Xr

Nevermind. They put it in reply option. That is two more touches. I for one don't like this unnecessary change. Don't break what doesn't need to fixed.
