Missing emails after IOS 13 update

This issue is an absolute joke. I’ve just lost my inbox and flagged emails, though the sent folder remains.

The missing emails don’t appear to have been moved to any other folder but have disappeared completely. WTF 😡 😡 😡

Same thing has happened. Twice. First time idiot me deleted gmail then added it again. Not so funny thing is gmail app synced and all those emails are gone. Some are in all mail folder. Guess I have to make a back up inbox folders s when new mail comes move it to that before reading. Apple please fix!

well my turn.. software update last night and my old school Aol emails gone.. have 2018 and back but missing 2020 , 2019

too bad Apple doesn't seem to care ... this is a MAJOR concern to it's customers...LOYAL customers I might Add.

We have Enough worries and problems going on right now, sure don't need this Stress.

I have lost all emails on IPad ( software version 13.3.1). They returned when I rebooted but after a couple of hours they had disappeared again. I tried rebooting but still no sign of emails. Fortunately they are still on my iPhone and IPad mini but I would like to have them back on my main iPad. Grateful for advice.

Be careful, if all your apple devices are connected, the emails will disappear everywhere.

Sorry but NO it is not a simple fix. I have tried everything, THEY ARE GONE.

Yes! Absolutely! I can not believe Apple is not responding at all. When I called them they acted like they never heard of this problem. Said I would need to contact my mail provider. NO, it is an Apple problem!!

Same here, I pay for storage I pay for the back up of my phone to cloud and never had this problem before - all I get from support is too bad your server should have stored emails

So I’ve Lost all emails sent as well as any icons options under emails tab such as sent trash drafts etc -

mind you they didn’t erase any of the iCloud emails - really peeved at Apple

So I e experienced the same thing since iOS 13 updates.

But what is even more weird is that I use my Mac to check my emails too and i see a bunch of unread emails. Check my phone...no un-read emails.

I think we all know it is something they did in the iOS 13 updates...but when running my Mac on Mojave 10.14.6 I don’t see this issue.

Apple ... a response would be fantastic (even if saying we are looking into this and we do t know when we will find a solution).

I currently updated to IOS 13.2 and all my emails are gone. I’ve deleted and added my account again and still can’t recover my email. So what to do

I just updated to the most recent iOS and all my emails disappeared as well....have you found a way to recover them?

WHEN is there going to be a fix for this???!!!??? I am REPEATEDLY losing my emails and nothing anyone has suggested is working. It really stinks that apple isn’t helping with this.

I need an answer to this. Since last update ALL of my emails are gone. This is a huge problem that needs a fix. Apple please respond.
