Touchscreen has gotten too sensitive since iOS 13 update; opens links when scrolling on web pages at even the slightest touch. anyone else seeing this? I have an iphone 6S

I have tried everything. I try touching just the very edge of the screen to scroll down through articles, but it is very annoying. Help?

I have this issue too. Noticed it is an issue on iOS 13.1.x, but not an issue on iOS 13.0. iPhone XS.

USA Today app also unusable for this reason.

I’m having the same issue on my iPhone 11. Can’t scroll without opening links when I scroll past them. It’s driving me bonkers.
This touchscreen deal is terrible. Can’t read anything without it going to other pages from all those underlined words. This needs to be fixed. Why are there so many underlined words? Crazy.
I have the same problem and it’s driving me crazy! Someone (Fox News, CNN or Apple) needs to get it resolved asap!
Same issue for me on CNN app. It’s pretty much unusable.

Same issue using the FOX app on both an iPhone 7 and XR. This is terrible.

It’s too sensitive for sure. Just plain annoying. Oh and it’s completely messed up Bluetooth effectively making my phone a brick. Apple I am a huge fan but you are getting sloppy
October 19th. Problem still not solved.
As of iOS 13.1.3 the problem still exists. I believe this will be fixed in iOS 13.2 , let’s hope that comes soon.
