I updated my iphone x to the new ios13. I need to send a photo to my computer using email. It will not send. I have checked my settings and MMS is on but my iMessages will not turn on. It keeps asking to turn on cellular or wifi. They are all turned on. I have restarted my phone several times after trying new ideas. I have Reset Network Settings. It is still not sending pictures. Please help!
