I factory reset my iPhone 6S to sell it, but apparently the passcode didn't get erase. The phone will not accept the passcode saying its not right, thus disabling the phone. How do I fix the problem, so I can sell it. I don't understand why factory resetting the phone and erasing all its content didn't take away the passcode. Please help.....I have tried multiple you tube videos, none of them work on this problem

What exactly is the error message? "Passcode" is normally used when a device has been disabled, but erasing the device should erase that.
Activation lock involves knowing both an Apple ID and a password, but you make no mention of this error message or of an Apple ID.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support --> http://support.apple.com/HT204306
If it isn't working then you are not successfully getting it into Recovery Mode. Try again. Hold the power and home buttons down for quite a while to get the connect to iTunes display on the device.
Wait an hour and try again.
Factory resetting erases a passcode, so either you did not factory reset it, or it is not asking for the normal passcode. There is a separate screentime passcode but this only gets back onto a phone if you restore the phone from a backup which I assume you did not do.
I had already factory reset the phone and erase everything on it. It was given to a family member but it is asking for a passcode. We know the passcode but it will not accept it. So we are trying to get back into the phone to remove the passcode but nothing is working.
The phone was restore on my Mac
plus I erase all its contents
it’s now saying phone is disabled, connect to iTunes. It won’t let me do that
tried several times
it just won’t open up iTunes or even connect to it when I have iTunes on my Mac.
It won’t connect to iTunes now either
we bought a new phone which is connected to the iTunes account.
