my phone is disabled from the wrong passcode being entered how do i get it unlocked

so i am having multiple issues with my phone, first my screen went black and just had the round arrow loading cursor and stayed that way for an hour, brought it to best buy (only place open) and he said he would do a reset well when he attempted it got it out of that screen and back to the normal password enter screen after a restart but no longer recognized my passcode then after several attempts it now says iphone disabled...how do i get it unlocked?
