I recent purchased an iPhone 11 with iOS 13. Now when I text I get previous group text suggestions. I use to be able to swipe left on them and delete them. Now it doesn’t seem possible. Am I missing something? I like to clear out previous group messages but just can’t figure it out.
How do you delete the green suggestion groups? Thanks in advance.
It’s ridiculous. I now have hundreds and hundreds of group text message suggestions. It’s not helpful at all because you have to actually create a message to see who is in it. It NEEDS to go back to how it was before. The group should disappear once that group message is deleted. Apple! Please fix this!
I can see I’m not the only one with this issue. Deleting contacts from Group Texts. Is there a solution?

I find it hard to believe that Apple is not aware of this annoying feature. I hope they listen to the many complaints and fix this issue

That is a very valid point! Its likely using iCloud storage that has extreme limits being free. As well as storage on our phones that we can’t free the space used by Apple.
This only works if you still have the text message. If you deleted the text, you are still left with the group of people you sent the text to.
I honestly thought it was my phone. I've had more problems out of this iphone 8 plus but this is driving me Crazy!! Please apple fix this!!!
I have tried everything and still not able to remove history group chats. Please can we have a resolution to this asap

I want to switch for many reasons, one of them being the same as your comments, but it’s a pain to learn a new OS. That’s the only reason I haven’t switched.
