iTunes keep buffering on windows

iTunes on my PC keep buffering every couple of second, i've been tried to reset my computer and also re-install iTunes and doesn't change anything. My internet is good enough (around 9Mbps)

Sounds like you've already done some great steps in effort to resolve this, so awesome job there. You mentioned that you deleted iTunes and re-installed. When doing so did you follow the steps in the resource below and also remove all the related components?


Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later


Let's also make sure there are no pending updates for iTunes. You can check how to update here: Update to the latest version of iTunes
