Widget on home screen on IPad mini iOS 13.1

I have tried all the tutorials and videos, and when I swipe right and get the widgets, I scroll to the bottom and choose edit like they say. I don’t see the switch to keep on home screen, it’s just the standard list of apps to add or remove. Is this feature not available on the mini?

You have to go in SETTINGS>Display and brightness and scroll down. You to set the icons as “small”, then you can set the widgets to be always showed . ;-)
