Unable to see shared notes folder on MacOS but see on IOS

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that the Notes folders on your iOS device are not syncing with your Mac. To help determine what may be causing this behavior, please reply back with the following information:

Do the Notes folders show up in the Notes app when visiting iCloud.com? iCloud: Organize notes in folders on iCloud.com

Have you upgraded the Notes app on your Mac? About folders in Notes on Mac - Apple Support

Are Notes enabled in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud and System Preferences > iCloud?

I have the same issue. I have an iPhone, iPad and a MacBook Air (all with the very latest operating systems) and I have shared folders of notes with people and people have shared them with me. While all of these shared folders appear on my devices, when I log into iCloud using my Apple ID, I cannot see the shared folders. Everything else appears as it should. Does iCloud.com support shared folders or not?

I had this same problem. Went into the iCloud setting in system preferences and unchecked notes. Rechecked in, and notes reset and reloaded. The shared note then showed up. Hope this helps.

Could you see shared notes on iCloud on the web? I was advised by Apple that they do not yet support shared notes on the web. I can certainly see shared notes on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air.
