I have the new iPhone 11 Pro Max and a 2018 Nissan Maxima with carplay. Carplay worked with my previous Iphone X even after the IOS 13 upgrade but with the Iphone 11 Pro Max carplay just keeps saying it won't start and retries again. Any ideas?

Also having the same issue on my 2016 Yukon Denali. I've had 2 phone conferences with Apple Engineers and they installed some diagnostic software to see what is going on. They said a reply can take 24 hours to 4 days. Will update.
You just unenroll and delete your beta profile in settings. Then when the non beta version is released you’ll update to that version going forward and will no longer be on the beta version.
The 13.4 Betas have been working great in my 2018 Nissan Maxima. The issue appears to be fixed.
I downloaded the 13.4 public beta 5 days ago and it has been working flawlessly since. It looks like they finally listened and fixed it.
Good for you but not for me :(. It’s worse. I will be getting rid of the beta today. Filed a report though.

I’ve tried that and nothing. I’m currently on the public beta software. Every time I’ve hit the projection button on my 2017 camaro it doesn’t move past after hitting the activation button
I have the iphone 11 and Carplay works except the phone itself. I can make and receive calls, but I hear nothing and the microphone doesn't work.

iPhone 11pro phone not working on Car play. Apple could not figure it out, so they sent me a new one and it doesn’t work either. The 8 I had worked fine. Has anyone found a solution to this?
11pro - this is similar to what is happening with mine. Everything except phone call works OK. I can see the call connecting, but the we can not hear each other.
Yes the new 13.4 has fixed the problem. Do you have that version?
Blue Tooth on all iphones is flawed at best.....I have a 2018 Crosstrek....and it stopped working this week. What is important to apple is not your current product BUT YOUR NEXT PURCHASE.
