Refund on Ibook

How can I get a refund on a book i ordered through apple. The font is so small I can't read it. The answer is I cannot get refund. Why?

I cancelled mine because i chose the wrong color in my macbook pro instead of silver, I put space gray. Btw, In from the Philippines and used my debit card bdo and was charged for the full amount. Refund On My Purchase A couple months ago I purchased Microsoft Word through the App Store. I quickly tired cancelling it but it failed to cancel. I talked to Microsoft support and told them what had happened. They approved my refund request and said it would take 2-3 business days to get back my refund. It's been over a month and I feel like it has something to do with the fact I purchased word through apple. Would the refund still go through if I got it from the App Store. or did they lie to me about giving me a refund ?

Are you sure you cannot increase the font size?
