My Apple wallet will not open at all

Hi,

My Apple wallet will not open at all. If I open the app, it shows a blank screen and eventually the app just crashes. If I try to access the wallet through the settings page, it will not open.

I have updated to IOS13, reset the phone and reset network settings, still not opening.

This started as my wallet was showing as constantly updating so I was unable to use Apple Pay. To this end, I deleted my bank card from Apple Pay with the intention of re-adding them to see if this worked. After deleting my card, I tried to add it again and it kept telling me it had failed to add. I tried this a couple more times and it then said there were too many cards in my wallet. The app hasn’t opened since. (Bank card is from HSBC)

Please help!

Hi, thanks for the response!

It has half worked. I can now get into the Wallet through settings, (it took a long time), however, the app still won’t work.

I tried time add a card through the settings area, however, it says I have the maximum of 12 cards added. Is there any other way to remove cards from the wallet without going into the app?
