everyone can hear my phone conversations even when not on speaker, I have turned down the volume to the lowest & checked hearing aid settings aren’t ticked but it’s still the same, please help I don’t want everyone listening to my private conversations

I have to go with what you are saying but I see no physical way that someone in a different room can hear both sides of a phone conversation if you are not using the speaker phone option and you have the volume of the call turned down. If that is happening, as you state, then I do not see anyway to stop it. You would have to get as far away from them as possible so that they could not hear you.
Just to be clear, you are saying that when you are talking on the phone that people close to you can hear both sides of the conversation even without using the speaker mode. I am not sure how that could happen as I can be within 1 foot of someone talking on their phone and I cannot hear the other person’s conversation. I guess you will just have to make sure that no one is sitting or standing close to you when you are on your phone.
Can you explain how someone in another room can hear your conversation. Are you saying that they hear both sides or hear just you? What you are describing seems physically impossible to me.
