how to set up a shortcut on my iphone to call a number

I had a shortcut set up to call a number from my contacts. I tried using it today after upgrading from ios12 to 13.1 and it didn't work.

I then tried deleting and recreating the shortcut and now can't get the new shortcut to use the correct number.

The Contact i want to call has multiple phone number (work, home, mobile and gate - which opens the gate to their property) and I want to create a shortcut (called Gate) that calls the number which opens their gate.

When I create the new shortcut it lets me select the Contact but doesn't then give me the option to select which of the Contact's numbers I want to call. It just defaults to the first number, which is "work".

When you press the + in Favorites to add a Favorite, then select the Contact you want to add - do you see a selection of Message, Call, Video, Mail with a dropdown arrow to the right of each? For Call, when you tap the dropdown arrow do you see all the phone numbers that were entered for that Contact?

I'm not seeing a default. I have Contacts with multiple numbers to call and I see each of these when I set them up in Favorites.
