Is anyone else bothered about how close the reply button and mail button are in the new iOS 13 mail app?
When going through plenty of emails for work, I have hit the delete button instead of reply because of their close proximity. They should be spaced much further apart as a slight miss of the reply will delete the email.

Of course, but thats an extra step that you would need to take, when those options are already at the bottom of the email with one tap (albeit still to close to each other when you email constantly on your phone).
The buttons are too close together. It’s clear and obviously poor screen ergonomics by Apple. The person that designed that screen clearly owns a Samsung phone! There’s no other reason for such a silly mistake.

Absolutely agree. Bloody stupid screen ergonomics. The designer cleary doesn’t use an Apple phone!
While an email is open in the mail app in iOS 13, swipe to the left, and you’ll easily see that the reply and trash options are far enough apart that they should not be incorrectly chosen.
