How can I get my pictures back

Yesterday I went to get a new phone I had iPhone 8 and I Upgraded to iPhone 11 so the lady who was doing everything didn’t back up my phone. Now I lost all my Contacts and pictures I don’t have anything on my new phone. After she Factory reset it my old factory reset it my old phone iPhone 8.

How can I get my pictures back after she factory rest?

My photos got deleted completely :( I just got a new Iphone and I had reset my old Iphone. I thought my data was backed up. But now all my photos from the old Iphone are missing. What should I do?

Without any backup, you can't.
