Hi everyone, I just updated to iOS 13 and the scrollbar scrubbing is driving me crazy. I tried to restore my phone to go back to iOS 12 but it didn’t work (kept me at 13). I’ve tried googling this and couldn’t find a solution.
Is there a way to turn off the scrollbar scrubbing or revert back to iOS 12?

This is quite possibly the WORST "feature" ever. I want to shut the dang thing off cause it is HORRIBLE. Anyone know how????

Sorry but I do not know of a way to turn that off.
Apple added this scroll grab function with IOS13. For me it’s a nuisance 🤬. Trying to read a news app or just in Safari I use my right thumb to navigate. It keeps grabbing the scroll bar when I don’t want it too. Apple you need to give the option to disable it.
