Tumblr Notifications

After the recent OS update on an iPhone 11 I’m not receiving notifications though it appears settings are correct plus tried reinstalled the app....any other suggestions?

Not receiving notifications from several apps I have iPhone 11 pro, IOS 15.2, Not using focus feature, I have set up all notification settings correctly, I have trouble with receiving notification from Airbnb app and from few apps, but the rest works normal, Once I open the app new notifications pop up which was received already, but I was not notified on time. How can I find solution for this issue?
