Not receiving notifications from several apps

I have iPhone 11 pro, IOS 15.2, Not using focus feature, I have set up all notification settings correctly, I have trouble with receiving notification from Airbnb app and from few apps, but the rest works normal, Once I open the app new notifications pop up which was received already, but I was not notified on time. How can I find solution for this issue?

Change notification settings on iPhone

Go to Settings > Notifications.
To schedule a notifications summary, tap Scheduled Summary, then turn on Scheduled Summary. ...
