Picture on Apple TV 4K is not clear when streaming

Updated from tvos 12 12.4.1 to tvos 13 17j586 today. My internet speed is 940 up and 1000 down. I tried using a ethernet cable and nothing changed. I was thinking that it would be my Apple TV, so I did a reset but nothing changed. I am using the Belkin Ultra HD High Speed HDMI Cable. I had no problems on 12.4.1. When I go on the Playstation Vue app on my Smart TV, there is no problem with streaming picture. The problem is the picture streaming is almost clear, but it stops and doesn't want to go any further.

Ended up going to Apple today and got a new Apple TV 4K for free under warranty. TVoS 12.3 (16m153) is on the new Apple TV and have no problems with 4K HDR Chroma 4:2:2. TVoS 13 clearly messed something up. I won't be updating for awhile.

I have narrowed it down to HDR10 and frame rate. TVos 13 17j586 makes my picture look distorted and not sharp.

Lucky You! Not only to get a new tv, but mostly with tvOS 12.4.1 !!

Be careful, I didn't want to update and I never was on auto update, but the other day , the stupid Apple Tv updated itself without me willing to.

Now I have so many issues, starting by having a terrible streaming picture and with the impossibility to stream from Safari

No, many from what I read..but nowadays is so difficult to find the right thread, too much information to go through

I was looking for the impossibility to stream Safari videos like I was doing wit 12.4.1.

Now, I can only stream (with ugly picture) my videos -(both home video or movies .

Why couldn't I find it then? I had to call Apple Support and the guy on the phone said He didn't have any problems with his Apple TV 4K. I haven't used Safari in ages. If you have a SmartTV use the apps on there.
