In the Apple Store I cannot find the new "Find My" app (supposedly with the below logo). Can anyone?
All my privacy settings are correct, per Apple instructions.

You cannot find Find My in the App Store as it has no reason to be there since it cannot be deleted from your iPhone.
This is the same as the Phone app, for example.

The answer is as Stedman1 correctly stated, does not need to be downloaded from anywhere. It is placed by Apple in the EXTRAS folder. Again, thanks to everyone!
Wherever you had Find my iPhone app on your iPhone, it has been replaced with the Find My app. The Find my Friends and Find my iPhone are now combined into one app.
Because it is already on your iPhone. Check various folders for it (Extras, or Utilities).
