Showing declined during purchase yet still getting charged

I had two orders on GameStop that I tried to pay with Apple Pay, during the purchase it said incomplete and just cancelled. But turned out I was still charged. The status says it is approved so I am wondering would the money return to me.

Payment declined but still got charged I was using Apple Cash to buy an app I wanted. When I bought it, the payment declined. However, it still charged me the price of the app and when I try to get a refund the purchase isn't even there.

apple hasn’t charged me yet order still pending Hello So i just made an order from apple.com and i used revolut, anyway the goods i wanted would be available at the end of november so i placed the order but the only thing i received on my revolut card was “card verficiation” by apple no money withdrawn the status was “in progress” but after a few days status changed to “reverted” i checked my order online on apple and its still on “processing” state so its not cancelled. i read multiple in forums that apple actually charges you only when the items ships. So do you suggest i keep the money in that card and when the items ship apple will charge me normally like nothing happened ? or should i assume the order will cancel eventually? ps: i contacted revolut their response is attached

Hi, open Wallet>tap the card charged>tap the transaction>look for a report an issue link.
