**** screen they say it can't be scratched, but mine has been scratched deep by lying in my pocket!?! what's going on right now !! who can you complain to?

So I bought an iPhone 11 for the soul purpose of using it entirely for work. As a motorcycle courier, I kept the phone inside a GIVI case at all times and only open it when I'm home so I can change power banks. Yesterday, I decided to remove the phone from the GIVI case and to my astonishment I find the glass has already been covered with scratches, including one small but deep scratch on the front!
Nowhere did Apple ever say the screen could not be scratched.
The Apple warranty does not cover user damage.

Mine scratched too. Ive only had it a few days and was really careful with it. It's lame it's so delicate.
I'm having the same issue! There are small scratches all over the screen after 2 weeks of use.
