Cardstar app will not open since my upgrade to ios 13.1.1

It appears CardStar hasn't been updated for almost a year, but you should still contact the app's developer for help:

They state for help with CardStar, one should email support@cardstar.zendesk.com.

I tried the solution outlined below and it didn’t work. But opening the app a second time works. It’s odd to say the least. And you have to go through this convoluted process each time. At least I was able to record all my card numbers. Thanks everyone for your help.

Do you know your email & password you set it up with? Then find a device on iOS 12 & download it log in & export your cards

CardStar just did an upgrade this week and now it works fine. However I already transferred to StoCard and will probably stick there. Much higher rating with quite a few reviews and good ratings from the geek magazines

Still doesn’t open for me. Closed CardStar. Went into settings and selected clear cache. Went back a screen. Tried to open the app. Nothing. Running latest iOS.

Cardstar keeps closing. Trying to pull the data off.

It worked for me. You need to have the app open. Then clear the cache. Close the app and reopen.

I transferred everything to Stocard already😊.

might just need to document them all to a file in. Are they both disappear in the future...

are there any cloud apps we can save them to?

Cool it works, I was able to take screenshots of all of them to find another app but also if you a device running iOS 12... you can log in and see your cards too! Any recommendations for a similar app?
