Cardstar app will not open since my upgrade to ios 13.1.1

Neither is mine! I have used it for years without problem, don’t even have my cards! One I scanned them into the app I tossed them away. Totally lost now and have tried every fix listed without success! 😟

I have the same problem I tried deleting and reinstalling a few times no luck it works for a bit then nothing does not open !

Seems there’s a lot of us with the same problem

I even upgraded to 13.1.2, still not working Hope there's a fix!

just tried that & no luck, do I have to restart my iPhone?

Did not work for me. I downloaded Stocard which had good reviews. Just can’t get from CardStar to Stocard.

None of these suggestions have worked for me. Very frustrating. Don’t have any of my originally cards anymore

Thanks Bill, this is the clearest explanation. Also screenshots are the easiest way to capture them.

Looks like it was updated & is working but one thing it doesn't have is the ability to add it to your widgets

Im having the same issue with my CardStar app. I use it alot especially at cvs it saves me money. Hope this get resolved quickly

CardStar app is now updated. I just went to the Apple Apps, updated CardStar It's now working
