iPhone connected to 4G but no internet connection

iOS Version: 13.1.1

Carrier: NTT Docomo Japan

iPhone connected to 4G but no internet connection, in order to work, you need to restart the iPhone. Reset Network settings and the carrier replaced the SIM card. Also enabled the roaming service on the iPhone and tried turning off 4G but same issue, suddenly my map and other apps will not connect to the internet. The sim works on other phone.

Please advise if you manage to get this issue resolve on your end.
