X-men dark Phoenix Apple tv

I had exactly the same issue when renting this title yesterday, October 13th from the UK iTunes store. Frustrated me for ages (restarted devices etc. etc) but then switched off Atmos and the synch was perfect...

I have the same problem. I turned off ATMOS on the Apple TV and the normal audio stream is ok. Other ATMOS movies are ok.

Let Apple know via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Brought it today - out of sync on Apple TV - iPad and iPhone exactly the same. Other movies play in sync fine. Obviously going on a while and they’re not fixing.

I used the report a problem for lip sync issues about a 2 second delay . sound first then picture after. all they did was give me a refund. Great that I've not been charged, but doesn't help me get the film i want via apple TV. i then purchased it again and had exactly the same problem.

I have same issue as described. Have reported it, let’s see what they say.

i have tested with other streaming services with DA and have also rented DA titles before without issue

seems like it’s only this movie so far.

I had the same issue with the same film. i tried it again yesterday and it was fine.

Same problem for me too. Same movie, Dark Phoenix. Not with other movies.
