Question regarding sharing a Zebra GK420D on netowrk

Hi,

We just purchased a Zebra GK420D label printer and I successfully connected it through USB to my iMac running macOS Mojave 10.14. I've made the label printer "Share this printer on the network" so that my colleague should be able to use it as well. They can see the Zebra ZTC GK420D but when they are trying to print using it, they get the error message "Stopped on server - Sending data to printer" and then nothing happens. My colleague is running macOS Sierra Version 10.13.6.

Any ideas or suggestions? We tried googling the issue but have yet to find a solution.

Hi Sarah,

Unfortunately that did not solve our issue. We tried going through that list solving the errors right before we posted the question on the site. Our printer is showing up in the USB window on the System Information and everyone has access to it through the network.
