Wi-Fi calling Notifications

I just upgrade to the iPhone 11 Pro from the iPhone X. When setting it up, I enabled Wi-Fi calling, which is supported on my AT&T plan. However, my Apple Watch and MacBook Air are constantly showing pop-ups. The watch pop-up keeps saying that my address for Wi-Fi calling has been updated, and the laptop keeps asking me to enable Wi-Fi calling. It's enabled on all of my devices. The pop-up is showing up at least 50 times a day. The easy solution is to disable Wi-Fi calling, but I'd like to know how to get it working. Is this a but in the new iOS 13.1? I haven't seen anyone else posting about it.

I understand from your post that you are receiving multiple notifications that your Wi-Fi calling has been updated on your Apple Watch and your MacBook Air which are asking you to enable Wi-Fi calling. Restarting your Apple Watch may help as described in the article below:

In regards to your Mac, restarting in safe mode and then restart as normal may help.
