When I unlock my iPhone 8, the Apple Pay prompt appears asking me to use my biometric to confirm payment as if there is an Apple Pay NFC reader nearby, even if I am in my home or elsewhere where there are no Apple Pay readers.
This only began occurring after the iOS 13 update, and has not resolved with iOS 13.1 or iOS 13.1.1 updates.

I just tested and it is triggered by quickly double-tapping the home button to unlock. How do I disable that? And thank you.
