I have just got the iPhone 11 and it updated to the latest version of IOS overnight on Friday.
i have made and received calls but the earpiece volume is extremely quiet and cannot be adjusted.
i have been through all the set up functions but nothing makes any difference.

thank you for your response, I have already followed these steps and I already have the latest IOS and none of this makes any difference.
i think it must be a hardware issue but that doesn’t explain why so many others have the same issue?
