After updating to Safari 13.0.1 on my MacBook, it has stopped syncing tabs with my iPhone.
It doesn't work at all, I can't see iPhone tabs on my MacBook and no MacBook tabs on my iPhone.
I've tried turning off/on the iCloud Safari button on the MacBook and the iPhone and logging out/in of iCloud in both of them with no success.

Can you upgrade the phone to IOS 13?
Based on what I've read, the tabs won't sync to a 12.4.1 device.
Just a small update.
I'm now running iOS 12.4.3 on my iPhone and Safari 13.0.3 on my MacBook and the issue is still there. Still no tab syncing.
Bookmarks will sync just fine but tabs and history won't.
I guess I'll have to change browsers on my MacBook and iPhone since I use tab syncing frequently. A pity because I liked Safari.

Are you referring to oficial information or rumors?
Just some posts I've read. I haven't found any official Apple documents that state that. The information I've read could be wrong.
